We sell our products both directly and through a carefully selected network of design-led dealers.

Firstly, we confirm all details of your inquiry with a quotation to ensure all is as you are expecting.

Once you are happy to proceed we then issue an invoice for which we will require basic information from you, including your name and/or company details, and delivery instructions. Our invoice will outline all the details of your order.


We quote for shipping on a case-by-case basis, and a price will be agreed before an order is made and invoiced for. You are also welcome to collect or organise your own shipping if you have a preferred provider.

For smaller items, we generally use different mail services for deliveries.

Our standard delivery is a one-man doorstep delivery, but if you require assistance or installation please let us know your requirements, and we can price for this at the time of order.

Lead-times. The majority of our products are made to order and the lead times are from 1 to 2 weeks. However, this is just an estimate and we can inform you of a more accurate delivery date when quoting.

We do keep a limited amount of stock of certain items, so if your order is urgent please ask us for what we have available for express delivery.
